About Kensington Porter
Kensington Porter works alongside attorneys, fiduciaries, and private clients to manage the personal property side of estate and trust administration.
We bring structure to complex situations by documenting assets, identifying what holds value, and helping determine the appropriate path forward. Our role is to provide clarity and organization in a part of the process that is often overlooked or mismanaged.
WHAT WE DO
We focus on three core areas that support the personal property side of estate and trust matters.

Insight & Appraisal Guidance
We identify what matters, what doesn’t, and what may require formal appraisal. Our process provides clear value insight without unnecessary cost or overvaluation.
Disposition
Strategy & Coordination
Clear strategy for what happens next. We help determine what should be sold, retained, donated, or transferred, and coordinate the appropriate path forward.
